FAQ
On the day of your celebration our staff  will come to your
scheduled destination to set up the unit. We will come in hand with
sandbags, tarps, extension cords and a blower for each unit. The
set up will take approximately 30 minutes.  Rest assured that each
unit is thoroughly cleaned and commercial quality. You can expect
us to be prompt and professional.

At the end of the day we will return to inspect, deflate, fold and
remove the unit. This also takes approximately 30 minutes.  We
are sure you will be pleased with our service and the unit you
requested.  We look forward to making your celebration

Here are some questions that our customers have ask
about our Moonwalk  Rentals. You may have other  
questions just give us a call at any time we will help.

1.Question:
Do You  Need A Deposit Or  Down Payments?

1.Answer:
Yes! A $25 down payment is required.

2.Question:
What if it rains or I may need to cancel?

2.Answer:
We ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice.
However in an emergency situation, we understand.
You will have a credit of $25 with us good on your next
visit

3.Question:
How much room do I need for the Moonwalk to fit in the
location .

3.Answer:
You will need about   6 feet clearance around the
Moonwalk  just to be safe. Our men will let you know
the best location for the Moonwalk.

4.Question:
What kind of power do I need?

4.Answer:
The Moonwalk blower will plug into any house outlet,  
Depending what is on that circuit .

5.Question:
Can the Moonwalk  be put  indoors at all ?

5.Answer:
Sure, if you have the room for it . We will need over
head clearance. Please let us know when you call.

6.Question:
Will the Moonwalk kill my grass ?

6.Answer:
No, the Moonwalk will not kill the grass

7.Question:
Can I have a party at a local park ?

7.Answer:
Yes!  We will need permission from the city. We may
have to provide insurance for coverage.

8.Question:
What areas do you deliver to?

8.Answer:
We service all of the downriver area, but if you live
outside the area please ask we may be able to do it for
a small fuel charge.

9.Question:
How often are  the units cleaned?

9.Answer:
After every use .First we will  setup the Moonwalk ,
vacuum it  and clean  thoroughly then  disinfect with
Lysol.  

10.Question:
How do we pay for the Moonwalk ?

10.Answer:
Prepay or On delivery - we accept Pay pal, credit
cards, and cash. Sorry no personal checks.

11.Question:
Can the unit be set up on a drive way,  concrete or
parking lot?

11.Answer:
Yes! Please let us know on the time of your rental . We
will have to bring tarps and sand bags for the
installation.

12. Question:
How old can you be to jump and am I to heavy?

12. Answer :
Your never to old to jump. Moonwalks are made to
hold 1000 pounds. 250 pound max, per person.
